Sophie is a management consultant and president of Gestion Solem. She is a member of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec, holding an MBA and prestigious title of Fellow C.M.C. (Certified Management Consultant) and a coaching title CCCTM (Certified Corporate CoachTM).
Sophie possesses over 25 years of experience in organizational performance management, strategy, coaching, multidisciplinary team management, project management, training, and business development. She started her career in science with a degree in microbiology and quickly moved into management roles in the industry. As a consultant for several years, she has gained expertise in various fields, providing added value to her clients.
Sophie teaches courses at HEC (Leadership & Management Practices and Becoming a Learning Organization). She is also a trainer at the HEC Executive Education, First Nations Executive Education, University of Sherbrooke (Continuing Education Centre), Concordia University (Continuing Education), and Collecto. She has developed training programs on various topics including time management, delegation, influence skills, learning teams, and more.
